Dr. Deshawnda Williams

Dr. Deshawnda Williams, known throughout Philadelphia as “Dr. Dee,” is a pastor, clinical social worker, educator, author, and community advocate with over 25 years of dedicated service to the people of this city. She has directly impacted more than 10,000 Philadelphians through social work, education, ministry, mental health care, and civic leadership.

As the CEO of On The Right Track Consultants, LLC, Dr. Dee provides life coaching, clinical supervision, mental health counseling, and training that empowers individuals to pursue intentionality, success, and abundance. As founder of Purple Queen Publishing House, she amplifies voices that have been silenced by helping everyday people tell and publish their life-changing stories.

Before her career in ministry and social work, Dr. Dee was a champion in every sense of the word. She is an 8-time NCAA Track and Field Champion and a 13-time All-American. That same drive and discipline have defined her decades of public service.

She has served as the 1st Vice President and Health Committee Chair of the Philadelphia Branch NAACP and is a recognized faith leader and mayoral appointee on faith-based and interfaith affairs in the City of Philadelphia.
